We left Burnett Heads at 3am. I wanted an early start in the hopes we could arrive at Pancake Creek at a reasonable time and have a chance to check it out before the sun goes down. We had about 60 nautical miles to cover today which is a good 12 hours of sailing so the early start was definitely necessary.
